  • For further process, the PET flakes are again separated from any impurity to make sure the rest of the processes give smooth results where some techniques are used, such as air classification and float-sink separation for the pure PET flakes. 

  • 5. Pelletizing:

  • Pellets are formed after melting the PET flakes. In some cases, this is used to make a particular product that requires the formation of pellets, whereas some industries also use only PET flakes.
